How are the LOs sleeping now?

Nicholas is doing okay - still not napping but maybe 30 min once/day unless I have to work then I will lay down with him and we will sleep 3-4 hrs (most days - today he refused).

At night, he goes down between 6-7p and will wake up to eat around 2a. We usually fall asleep on the couch and wake up there 2-3 hours later, then back to bed until 7a. Of course for DH when I'm at work, he will sleep until 5-6a, eat then back to bed until 8a!

omg horrible!!
the last few days k screams like every 30 minutes and will only sleep if we're holding him and even then he still screams. h isnt doing as bad but pretty much the same. last night before 11 i had already gotten up w/k 3-4 times.

UGH Raquel - I'm sorry! Have they been checked for reflux? Sounds like maybe they are in pain with the screaming?

Joseph is still getting up AT LEAST once a night... usually 2 or 3... no change here. :( His naps are like cat naps all day.. not long enough for either of us.

Doing okay.....He's been getting up between 2-4a most nights again to eat. He goes down 8-9 pm and is up for good 6-7am....naps are okay he still takes about 3 but a complete crap shoot as to how long each one will be. On avg on 45 min-1hr.

they were on reflux meds up until they are about 5-6 months old then i weaned them off it and we havent had any probs. they never acutally tested them for it just gave us the meds. i left for 20 min to take dh to get another car and came home my mom and dd both had a baby. arghhh!!! i need sleep damnit!! i end up putting them in bed w/me just so i can get sleep. this has got to stop!! i gave them tylenol. maybe they are teethign again?? but shouldnt they get a break. they just got their 4th tooth like 2-3 weeks ago

I've just given up. He'll take a fairly good nap (1-2 hours) and a cat nap. He goes down about 7:30-8 and will wake once or twice. I just put him in bed with me so I cam get some sleep.

You do what you have to do - sometimes it's just easier to do that then to try to get them back to sleep on their own! I just don't want a 5 yr old in bed with us, you know?

Aweful here. jared has not been sleeping well at all again. Waking every two hours rather upset. I end up giving in and letting him sleep with me too. But this is not even helping right now. I am sleep deprived and getting depressed. I am too old for this.

chris i hear you i'm in the same boat. i find myself just yelling all the time. its frustrating and i feel like i'm failing. kinsley wasnt this bad!!

Awful, I never get any freetime, hense never getting to post and barley have time to ever catch up. Sleep is a battle and never the same no matter how much I try to make it routine. One night we are up 6 times and the next it will be once and take an hour to get him back down. If it were consistant that would make it better. We do seem to get abput 1 or 2 good nights a week.

can you believe all week Zach slept through the night?! until this weekend of course... ive been letting him cio at night when he wakes up and he was doing so good! then of course DF and I had a date night and my SIL watched Zach and RUINED EVERYTHING.... she put him to bed then checked on him an hour later and woke him up bc she "thought" she smelled poop but he was dry... then he woke up a few times... and while i was letting him cry, thinking that he went back to sleep, she went in there and picked him right out of his crib.... then he was up around 6a and she went and got him right away again.... i got up and told her to wait till 730 to feed him... thats the time he always eats and she didnt listen... im never letting her watch Z again and when she sleeps over im locking his bedroom door... we totally regressed bc of one night and her excuse was bc she just loves him so much.... but she doesnt understand that its takenme so ling to get him to sleep and noe i have to start all over... ehhhhh

That sucks Keren - I'd be pissed! You are the mom, not her, she needs to respect your parenting decisions! Good luck getting him back into his good sleeping patterns!
