Broken Cricut?

i'm about to cry. My cricut isn't working right. Ever since I downloaded Provo Craft's Trail version of the Design studio (it updated my firmware) My cricut has NOT been working right. And I'm just out of my year warranty. It's going to cost me a small fortune to ship it to them.. get it looked at.. and have it shipped back.

What is a girl to do without her Cricut! (Jen I did get your stuff cut.. Barely;) )

lol I'm not doing nothing! ever since I updated the firmware. I dont know whats going on but it's pissing me off.

Oh no, that sucks!! You would think that if their software screwed it up, they would be covering the cost of fixing it! Hopefully, its something cheap and simple to fix!
