Some of you may have already heard of this book but if not I have a friend who swears by this book. It is called Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Baby. I just barely got it today. It has great ways to get healthy sleep habits clear through your child's adolescence. Thought some of you might be interested.

My Doctor recommended this book to us. It helped us some. I'm not very good at sticking with this. Right now my daughter is sleeping on the couch because I cant stand to listen to her scream (big nono!) then vomit all over herself which happened the other night.

Well, Braden went to sleep at 7 last night, woke up once at 2 to eat and then slept till 7.
He usually only sleeps 6 hours then eats and then wakes up after 3 hours..eats and then sleeps for 3 hours. Then this morning he took a 3 hour nap (in his bassinet) woke up for 3 hours. We're still working on his afternoon nap but I think we're on the right track...at least I hope. I think that this book is working wonders for me..at least so far. But I have only read the first chapter even and I have learned alot, and it is obviously doing something. I'm hoping we can get him to sleep from 7-7 and take his naps. I'll let you know how it goes.
