My mom bought a Safety 1st Vantage Highback booster at a sale for $20. The expiration date is 12/14. Logan will fit in it based on specs. It has a 5 point harness.

My question is, would that be an ok seat for him for the 1 or 2 times a month he rides with my mom? Or should we put it back for later?

This stuff confuses me.

Hi ladies, ahh I am busy this week sorry for abondoning you'll!!

Sarah its totally up to you if Mr. Logan should ride FF in your mom's car, the seat is a 5 point harness and Logan is within the weight range. Sit him in the seat and see how he fits in it hopefully he won't be to small for it. I personally would not want Gael FF until he is older however since the seat is a 5 point harness vs a regular highback booster he should be ok just remember rear facing is safer :-) As much as I worry about carseat safety it seems that even if rear-facing sometimes I question the people who transport Gael I just noticed the straps on the MA that he has at the DCP were all twisted........geez...........really its not that hard to put them correctly.........I get tired of telling my immediates who transport Gael about the same stuff over and over..........noone seems to get it......... (ok I am just venting now cause I was upset the other day) lol

Thanks Marissa! I just wanted a little reassurance.

He is still RF with me. The Scenera is FF in the truck because we could't get it to RF without a huge hassel. He only rides in that about 1 a month too.
