a few CD questions i have!

ok i have a few questions.

first, why do they leak almost everytime i put one on him? i put them on as tight as i can but so he can still move and then when he stands he skinny so it sticks out by his belly so you can see down the diaper and i cant tighten it anymore so that mean its too big yet?

2nd, how ofter do you change a cloth diaper compaired to a disposable? im use to DDs so that could be y they leak cause i change it too late. but only seamed like 2 hour he wore it.

3rd, why are ppl picky with detergents? i use super cheap stuff and use less for diapers but still nothings gone wrong with them so far.

4th, whats stripping? ok not the pole dancers lol

5th, why do i read places you can use bleach and then you cant? i used it for spot treatments to get stains out and nothings gone wrong either.

Your 1st questions- why do they leak almost everytime i put one on him? I can almost say for certain you have build up on your diapers. How much detergent are you using. You only need a very very small amount of soap for a very large load of diapers.

2nd, how ofter do you change a cloth diaper compaired to a disposable? Every 2 hours if not sooner. You do need to change cloth more frequently than sposies cuz cloth do have the gel beads and dont hold the same volume.

3rd, why are ppl picky with detergents? The detergents in laundry soap have additives that make build up on your diapers and then when your baby pees, the pee runs off the diaper and does get soaked in like it should. 5th, why do i read places you can use bleach and then you cant? I use bleach once in a awhile but very infrequently. Bleach will wear on diapers and it is harsh.

Some people will use a tiny bit of bleach occasionally if they have an amonia problem.
