I was always wonky in the period department before Ryan. I have been like clockwork since Ryan's birth. I have had 30 day cycles for almost 2 years now.

Honestly, I will try and get a test tonight for tomorrow morning.

I am truly scared and don't want to lose another kid. I miscarried at 8 weeks with my first pregnancy, so I am once bitten, twice shy. I have never conceived at the weight I am now. I am 75% sure I am not pregnant, but there is still that nagging idea. I just don't want to be disappointed again.

Do you know how many times I used HPT before Ryan's conception? A lot! David and I tried for 10 years after the miscarriage. Infertility plays with your psyche.

The repairman is coming from J&L Services. They came out last year and another company came out in late June for this same problem. I just want it fixed.

I don't mind being pestered. I just want everyone to see where I am coming from. If I am pregnant, than I am almost 5 weeks. I spotted when I was 5 weeks pregnant with Ryan and miscarried my 1st pregnancy at 8 weeks.

Yes it will! He's still really young!! Plus if you have the standy thing on the back of the stroller those are kind fun to ride on so he'll probably stay just because it's fun... Plus when you do have another kiddo he'll be older so he'll understand "Stay next to the stroller" better than he would now!

Don't blame you for being nervous! I can't even imagine. My sister tried for 5 years and had 7 miscarriages before she finally got her daughter. She has juvenile diabetes though. But I know it was so hard on her. I had one miscarriage and just that is hard. I can't even imagine what you have been through. But I'm really hoping that maybe you are pregnant!!! Good luck!

I got married in November 1996. I conceived around Christmas 1996. I miscarried in Feb. 1997.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and no ovulating. I have tried Clomid for some months to no avail in 1999 and 2005. I was told to lose weight. I conceived both times before when I weighed near 200 pounds. I am 289 pounds now.

I went through 2 attempts of injectible fertility meds and IUI. The 1st attempt failed and the 2nd attempt on Jan. 20, 2007 worked. Ryan was born 2 weeks early on September 28th.

If you look above, you will see Ryan was conceived less than a month difference from my 1st pregnancy. You will also notice that David and I TTC for almost exactly 10 years, I think we were shy by 2 weeks.

He is learning to be more independent and that includes a wild/naughty side. He is like me.

Charlize just recently, maybe 6mths ago, can walk besides the shopping cart or stroller- so at 3 1/2 yrs. She is very independent, and would always try to walk away, or didnt want to walk right next to me.......so I would have to put her back in the cart with her baby sister. Now, she listens, and behaves for me.
I guess it all depends on the child. We also have a sit and stand stroller. She prefers to walk though.

Thanks for letting us know Leslie. I am sorry that you have had to go through so much to get your little guy.
I agree with Jennifer. Shannon who will be 4 in November was around 3 1/2 when she really started to listen to me and stay with me when we went shopping. I still put her in the double stroller at times, but on the whole she just likes to walk.

I know thoughs feeling all to well. Thinking this is it; then being disappoint.
& Knowing this is it then being disappointed. Our dh's will never know how much we go through...
we are the ones that feel all the changes in our bodies. ... then you turn around & ask .....
then what the heck was I feeling? How can I ever trust myself that I know my body?

My period was due on August 22nd. That would make me over a week late. I have to go in to see my OBGYN in September for my yearly, so I will talk to him then.

hum. I would take another test and a different brand then the first test. Just to be sure. And call your OB they can bump up your yearly to do blood work to make sure. Good luck hun. Everything's crossed that you have a late bloomer or a low HCG producer in there!
