Is she good or do I need to switch her to a rear-facing "big girl" seat?

It looks like she has more then an inch of hardshell above her head but its hard to tell from a picture, I would suggest measuring it to make sure she has more then an inch...I put Nicholas in his Marathon once he was getting close to an inch left.

I think she is still good. She is certainly cute!!!

Yes she still looks good, however I would suggest that you put the chest clip with the level of her armpits.
